JP Global Digital Announces Integration with Autodesk Construction Cloud

December 7, 2022

JP Global Digital, a leading company for managing and analyzing reality capture information, today launched an integration with Autodesk Construction Cloud®, a portfolio of software and services that combines advanced technology, a builders network, and predictive insights for construction teams. Together, Autodesk Construction Cloud and JP Interactive Viewer allow customers to improve project visualization, remote quality control, and construction management from design conception to handover.

Now, project stakeholders can embed the JP Interactive Viewer (JPIV) directly in their Autodesk® Build Insights or BIM 360 Project Home dashboards for real-time collaboration and communication between teams, easier management and visualization of all construction project information, and instant access to reality capture information anytime, anywhere.

With JPIV, project managers can manage project and site information, improve the decision-making process, and reduce the need for on-site visits while keeping projects on track and on budget. JPIV centralizes reality capture information, point clouds visualizations, and 360 images alongside as-designed models, keeping a digital record of the construction site.

By integrating JP Interactive Viewer with Autodesk Construction Cloud, project managers, contractors, and key stakeholders gain greater insight and clarity into their projects. Introducing JPIV into your workflows allows for advanced collaboration tools, virtual walkthroughs, overlaying multiple datasets, and more.

“We couldn’t be more excited about this new achievement. We can’t wait to start seeing users leveraging the benefits of this integration. This is just the beginning as reality capture information continues to be at the core of every construction project and JP Interactive Viewer at the center of it,” said Daniel Coronado, the Founder and COO of JP Global Digital. “I truly believe that the JPIV and Autodesk Construction Cloud integration will accelerate growth for our customers by streamlining their reality capture information with construction site documentation like never before,” he affirms.

“With so many moving parts and different teams involved, technology that improves collaboration, decision-making, and remote project visualization is critical to the construction process,” said James Cook, director of integration partnerships at Autodesk Construction Solutions. “Marrying design models with reality capture is a fundamental way to  improve collaboration from a project’s conception through construction. Embedding combinations from JPIV alongside the wealth of other critical construction data in Autodesk Construction Cloud enhances this end-to-end collaboration, improving project  visibility for our customers.”
